On ne pourrait faire autrement. Je vous pr\u00e9sente un texte pr\u00e9liminaire sur un th\u00e8me qui m\u2019est cher et que l\u2019on repousse abusivement.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p>Dans une d\u00e9claration, Sandrine Rousseau affirme :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00ab&nbsp;J\u2019aimerais bien un jour r\u00e9ussir \u00e0 passer une loi o\u00f9 on appelle les steaks de la bonne mani\u00e8re, c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire des cadavres d\u2019animaux&nbsp;\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c9nonc\u00e9e de cette sorte, cette d\u00e9claration non seulement n\u2019aura aucun effet tangible, mais pourrait provoquer un effet inverse par r\u00e9action. Je vois mal des restaurateurs pr\u00e9senter un menu avec l\u2019appellation cadavres de vaches au lieu d\u2019entrec\u00f4tes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Toutefois, ceci remet sur le terrain quelques interrogations qui surgissent au fil des ann\u00e9es sans pour autant s\u2019imposer. Celle de tenir compte de la souffrance des animaux pour consid\u00e9rer que leur vie est autant pr\u00e9cieuse que celle des humains. Personnellement, je ne vois pas d\u2019autre mani\u00e8re de l\u2019exprimer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il est question d\u2019acqu\u00e9rir une conscience profond\u00e9ment humaine dans laquelle les animaux sont int\u00e9gr\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette conscience ne s\u2019installera certainement jamais par les lois. Ni pas par des d\u00e9clarations \u00e0 l\u2019emporte-pi\u00e8ce. Ceci n\u00e9cessite une r\u00e9flexion philosophique profonde sur ce que repr\u00e9sentent les animaux, la pr\u00e9ciosit\u00e9 de leurs vies, le calvaire de leurs souffrances, le respect de leurs mondes int\u00e9rieurs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il est temps pour l\u2019\u00e9lite intellectuelle d&rsquo;aborder ce sujet sans d\u00e9tour. N\u00e9anmoins, je reste dubitatif.
